Frequently asked questions

The closest airport is Hannover Airport HAJ, approx. 65 km away from the hotel. By car, you will reach the hotel within 45 minutes via the A2 motorway. Alternatively, take the S-Bahn (suburban railway) line 5 until Hanover main station (Hauptbahnhof Hannover). From there, continue with the regional express RE60 until Brunswick main station (Hauptbahnhof Braunschweig). Change to the tram line M1 to the stop "Heideblick" (approx 30 min. travel time). Walk for 1 km until you reach the hotel.

On the A2 motorway from Hanover to Berlin, take the exit “Braunschweig - Nord” in direction of “B4 Gifhorn / Lüneburg”. You are now on the A391 motorway. Take the first exit towards “Braunschweig-Wenden”. Keep right in the direction of Wenden and continue straight ahead at the traffic-light crossing in Wenden. Take the first street on the right. After approx. 100m you will see the hotel on the right-hand side.

At Brunswick main station, take the tram line M1 towards Braunschweig-Wenden until the final stop, "Heideblick". From there, you will  have to walk approx. 15 minutes until you reach the hotel. Just follow Heideblick street in northern direction. Turn right on the next crossing and continue on Aschekamp street until you reach the main road (Hauptstraße). Turn left here and continue for 500 m until you reach the hotel.

The Messe Hannover exhibition grounds are approx. 60 km away from the hotel and can easily be reached by car via the A2 motorway. 

In total, 60 on-site parking spaces are available free of charge.

Your hotel room will be available for you from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

The in-house wellness area features two saunas which are open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The broad fitness offer at our partner studio Spanke can be used at the following times:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Pets are welcome at the hotel against a cleaning fee of € 6.00 per day/pet.

Children aged 0-11 years  stay for free in their parents’ hotel room. Children aged 12-16 years stay in their parents’ room at half price.

Every day, we offer a fresh and balanced breakfast buffet. Besides that, the "Bistro" hotel restaurant offers lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday.

Saturdays and Sundays: closed

Free Wi-Fi is available for you throughout the hotel.
